We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational efficiency. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the successful execution of our business strategies, and support the continued expansion of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, operational plans, and performance metrics that drive growth and profitability.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee property management, leasing, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and property performance.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, and implement risk management practices to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
- Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, process improvements, and technology integration to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial property portfolios and driving organizational growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational improvements.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
